| Very pleasant surprise. Large very comfortable rooms, excellent room service and very welcoming and gracious front desk - even keeping the bar open for us after a late arrival. |

| The service was great and I liked the atmosphere. The room was clean and a good size and the bathroom was on the large size. The shower lived up to its "Heavenly" name. I wish there were more toiletries available in the bathroom but that's a very minor complaint and you can get more from the front desk. |

| Westin Richmond was an absolute delight to stay at. They were are full capacity for double queen rooms so comped us half off our stay, free movies and breakfast.
The staff was super polite and friendly and saw it to that me and my friend were taken care of during our stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful, great restaurant and bar within the hotel itself, gym facilities pool etc. |

| I loved the look and feel of the Westin and they do see to almost every need but the one thing that disappointed me was not having a refrigerator or microwave in the room. I thought that it would have them just as every other hotel I've ever stayed in but they didn't. I guess they assume that you will just want room service for all of your needs but I prefer to keep a soda or two cold in the fridge and be able to heat up some water for hot tea when I wake up without having to order it. Other than that it was a great experience and I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and luxurious bed. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a little escape. |

| A very pleasant new hotel. Very nice pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast service was excellent. The noise from the main road (Broad Street) is a little bothersome but not really a major problem. Initally we thought it was rather far from downtown Richmond but in fact it is straight shot from the hotel down Broad Street to Monument Avenue and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts which was the focus of our stay. Good value for money. |

| This was a great deal for what I paid. The Hotel is very nice, quiet, comfortable, and elegant. The beds were the best I've slepted in at any Hotel. |
