Recent Omni Richmond Hotel Review: "This hotel is located directly in the heart of downtown Richmond. The staff at the Richmond Omni were curtious, attentive and engaging. They truely over delivered and made our time at the hotel one of the highlights of the trip. As an example of the exceptional personal service the Richomond Omni staff provided, I informed the front desk that my wife and I were in town for her birthday. When we entered our room, there was a beautiful birthday cake and a card, signed by several memebers of the Omni staff. My wife was very touched. If only this level of service were available in New York.... I hightly recommend the Richmond Omni as my wife and I will now frequent this fine establishment."
