The hotel is elegant, old-world Southern with the most attentive and delightful, informed and helpful staff! These people want you to be content and go to great lengths to assure that end. We were addressed by name during our entire stay, found the front desk and concierge  personnel to be exceptional and the restaurant and bar personnel to be informed and informative. You sense these people really like their jobs! And the amenities were luxurious - from the lobby and room appointments to the robes and towels. A great stay!"
